A clear path through several necessary paths.
Most matters can be resolved by completing the correct process in the correct order, including the step that determines which order is correct.
- 01Determine whether your matter is a request, enquiry, observation, representation or strongly held noticing.
- 02Read the relevant page and the page explaining why that page may not be relevant.
- 03Obtain a property number, previous reference or convincing reason for having neither.
- 04Complete the correspondence triage form without using “general” as a category.
- 05Await allocation to an officer, acting officer or officer acting in another officer’s capacity.
